Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is The Trustee for Morris Hospitality Trust (ABN 96 679 795 813), trading as CBCo Brewing, of 89 Bertie Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria 3207 (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion period
The promotion commences at 11.00am AEST on Friday, 28 August 2026 and closes at 1.00am AEST on Saturday, 19 September 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to persons aged 18 years or over who are eligible to purchase alcohol in Victoria. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, CBCo Brewing and Peacock Inn Hotel are ineligible to enter. Proof of age and eligibility may be required.
4. How to enter
During the Promotional Period, purchase an eligible CBCo Draught pint at Peacock Inn Hotel and receive one valid stamp on an official promotion card for each eligible purchase. Entrants may collect stamps across multiple visits.
Once an entrant has collected 10 valid stamps, they must complete their full name, mobile number and email address on the official card and hand it to Peacock Inn Hotel bar staff before the end of the Promotional Period.
5. Stamp and entry conditions
Only original, official cards issued by Peacock Inn Hotel will be accepted. Stamps must be applied by authorised Peacock Inn Hotel staff at the time of an eligible purchase. Photocopied, altered, damaged, lost, stolen, incomplete or illegible cards are invalid.
6. Responsible service of alcohol
The promotion is subject to responsible service of alcohol requirements. Peacock Hotel reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with applicable liquor laws. This promotion does not encourage rapid or excessive alcohol consumption.
7. Prize
There is one prize to be won: a Footy Finals Experience at CBCo Brewing Port Melbourne for four people, valued at $500 including GST.
The prize includes: $500 in food & beverage package
The prize does not include: merchandise and retail goods.
The prize must be used on Saturday 26 September 2026 and is subject to venue availability, venue conditions of entry and responsible service of alcohol. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
8. Draw
The draw will take place at 3.00pm AEST on Saturday 19 September 2026 at Peacock Inn Hotel, 210 High Street, Northcote VIC 3070. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
9. Winner notification and publication
The winner will be notified by telephone and email within one business day of the draw. The winner’s first initial, surname and suburb will be published at cbco.beer/policies/terms from Monday 21 September 2026 for at least 28 days, if required by law.
10. Unclaimed prize
If the prize is not claimed by Monday 21 September 2026, or if the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, an unclaimed-prize draw will take place at 12.00pm Tuesday 22 September 2026. The replacement winner will be notified and published in the same manner.
11. Privacy
The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to conduct and administer the promotion, contact the winner and comply with legal obligations. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://cbco.beer/policies/privacy-policy. Entrants may opt in separately to receive marketing communications from CBCo and may unsubscribe at any time.
12. General
The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process or submit an entry that is not in accordance with these T&Cs. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these T&Cs limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be limited, excluded or modified.
13. Victorian trade-promotion status
This promotion is a trade promotion lottery conducted in Victoria. No entry fee is charged. Purchase of eligible products is required to participate. The promotion is subject to all applicable Victorian laws and regulations.
