01. The Original

Straight from the tap, a refreshing sour that is crisp and cool.

A refreshing mix of cucumber sour, mint, elderflower. Like a mojito had a baby with a hugo spritz.

Quke Slam Spritz

Requires 1 x Quke Slam, 1 x Cucumber and a touch of elderflower.

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. Add 4-6 mint leaves and a ribbon of cucumber.
  3. Add 15ml of elderflower syrup.
  4. Top with 210ml chilled Quke Slam.
